Bei diesem Blatt handet es sich um eine Vorzeichnung für das Porträt einer »Unbekannten« auf Tafel Z der TA 1679. Für die Darstellung selbst verwendete Sandrart eine Zeichnung, die er in Rom gefertigt hatte; vgl. Mazzetti di Pietralata 2011, S. 185, Nr. 318.
