In der Zahlungsanweisung für die Druckplatten findet sich folgende auf das vorliegende Blatt zutreffende Beschreibung: »Teste di femina, una in profilo e l’altra in faccia«. In dem Exemplar der Galleria Giustiniana, das in der Biblioteca Alessandrina aufbewahrt wird, ist der entsprechende Folio am unteren Rand handschriftlich mit »Faustina Crespina« betitelt, vgl. Kat. Rom 2001(a), S. 631 und 635.
