Laut Mazzetti di Pietralata bleibt unklar, warum zwei Vorzeichnungen für das Vitenporträt Wolgemuts in der Teutschen Academie existieren; vgl. Mazzetti di Pietralata 2011, S. 168, Kat.-Nr. 191.
