Nach dem beschreibenden Katalog von Hofstede de Groot könnte es sich um ein ähnliches Werk wie den »Holländischen Hafen mit Schiffen« (Barnard, Bowes Museum, Kat. 1901, Nr. 711) handeln (vgl. Hofstede de Groot 1926, S. 507, Nr. 315).
