Da Sandrart die Künstlerin 1631 in Neapel besucht hat (vgl. TA 1675, Lebenslauf, S. 11), geht die Zeichnung möglicherweise auf ein dort entstandenes Porträt zurück und diente dann als Vorlage für das Vitenporträt in der Teutschen Academie; vgl.
