Das im Auftrag von Elisabeth Stuart, Königin von Böhmen, entstandene allegorische Gemälde wurde wie sein Pendant nach Heidelberg verbracht, wo es 1685 im Inventar Karl Ludwigs von der Pfalz nachweisbar ist (vgl. Judson/Ekkart 1999, S. 147).
