Die überwiegende Anzahl von Mayrs Porträts ist nur noch durch Nachstiche bekannt, ein Bildnis der Eleonora Gonzaga wurde wie viele andere Bildnisse Mayrs von Mathäus Küsel graphisch reproduziert.
